New layout

OK, I'm no graphics designer and I'm not great at layouts.  The site you see here is a stock site that ships with Microsoft Expression Web.  I am a lazy person when it comes to design and really do not have an eye for that kind of thing.  I can manage the technical "background" stuff well but have no idea what looks good on paper.

As a result, what you see is what you get.  Maybe one of the kids will get good at design.  God help them.

The Site

There is not much here yet, so be patient. I'll have it done in about 10 years.  Check out the link bar above to find your way around.

I reserve the right to peeve you off and restate opinions and thoughts that you have already heard and with which you likely disagree.  Tough.  I'm sick of constantly being defensive.  I believe I am right, so if you have good reason to disagree, go ahead and tell me (in a rational fashion...please).

Although I (Randy) will probably provide the bulk of the content on this site, it is endorsed by the rest of the family unless otherwise stated.  We are all mind-numbed robots with the same views on most issues, so if you derail me, you derail us all.  Have fun.

I always love it when common folks come up with an "ain't that the truth" kind of wisdom.  For instance, this blog post is just awesome:

"Birth is a magical process that turns someone who can be killed without guilt into someone who ought to recieved [sic] comfort care.  I guess the child gets zapped with 'morally significant' beams on his way out or something.  And they accuse CATHOLICS of 'magical thinking!'"

Ah, the irony.  History shows us the depths to which society will sink after its members have convinced themselves that they are incapable of evil thoughts and deeds.  Euphemisms, slogans, propaganda, lies, deceit, erosion of freedom, apathy, indifference, fear...all in a day's deeds for the enlightened twenty-first century westerner.

The kids built this snowman at Richmond Elementary.

Apparently its name was Ned.
